Michelle has over 20 years’ experience in the world of Learning and Development in a variety of sectors and industries including education, local government, utilities and private equity.

She joined Keyloop, an automotive retail software company, as their Talent and Performance Manager in 2022 and became the Global Head of Learning and Development in 2023. She is a qualified coach and a Fellow at the Learning and Performance Institute (LPi). Michelle is passionate about early careers and since joining Keyloop has introduced several initiatives including internships, apprenticeships and an Early in Career development programme.
